[ga] IPv6 and root servers

Hello,

I noticed an article at CircleID on IPv6 earlier today:

and took a peek at the root servers:

http://www.root-servers.org/

Is there a reason why they're not ALL on IPv6 (in addition to IPv4)?
Only 5 out of the 13 have IPv6 addresses.
