Danny, Karen and all,
Wasn't this matter discussed ad nausium about a year and
a half ago and determined as Danny rightly states below
"A registrant change to Whois information is not a valid
basis for denying a transfer request", essentially the conclusion?
I believe it was. So why than is this being rehashed? Why
are these denials or transfer, seeming registrar abuse,
continuing? Whom is in charge of the hen house, or should I say
Mad house?
