In the future, a simple link is sufficient. Copying an entire article,
and not even bothering to comment on it, can constitute copyright
infringement. I'm surprised ICANN doesn't get DMCA notices, given the
number of articles copied verbatim into some of the mailing lists.
One should assume most folks here also have Google News alerts already
for words like "ICANN" or "domain names", etc., and RSS feeds, so
duplicating news they already know, without adding to it, becomes a
waste of people's time.

While Danny might have mentioned Milton Mueller as the author under his
quote, he did give the link.
By quoting without comments it is clear that he finds comments superfluous.
Why don't you give *your* comments?
