Andy and all,
As you recall perhaps, your right. IDN's were an afterthought
that came along later. However ICANN has had several years now
to think about it and it seems they are not fairing very well
with the registrant and user community in the actual IDN introduction.
This is a result of poor planing IMO.
Again we are witnessing yet another failure of leadership.
Such failures are the Stallworth and/or norm of ICANN.
