The bulk of our analysis is in the excel document. In the word document, we have provided links to some of the comments and additional supplementary information which is also relevant. One caveat is that we were unable to have a final review of these documents by our full team b/c of conflicting schedules, but they are submitted to the full task force in keeping with our timeline.
