AW: [dow2tf] Schedule
Hello, I had a look at the proposed time table and tried to make a excel sheet out of it. Beside the table of Jordyn you will find a slightly different version which is my vison of our time table. This new time table would have the benefit that the constituencies could discuss their position during the Rom meeting face to face which might not be a bad idea with four difficult policy processes going on at the same time. Since we are already extending the PDP timelines I don't see a reason to rush. Interim report on primary data and collection efforts by 15 Jan Data gathering public comment to commence in early January Public comment to end by 25 Jan Data compiled from various sources by 2 Feb Constituency statements due 23 Feb Preliminary report prepared post-Rome ICANN meeting Public comment period (20 days) Preparation of Final report (including any public comment of note) (10 days) Council consideration of Final report (10 days) Preparation of Board report (5 days) We need to decide on a date for the preliminary report. The PDP says within 10 days of constituency statements. That's obviously not practical. I suggest March 26, which is three weeks after the conclusion of the Rome meeting and should allow us time to create initial policy recommendations. Thanks, Jordyn Attachment:
