As discussed, I would add a question about the specific obligation
from RAA 3.7.7.4.2 to this and/or Barbara's information gathering
exercise. Suggested wording:

The RAA provides that registrar shall provide notice to each
new or renewed registered name holder stating (i) the
intended recipients or (ii) categories of recipients of the
data collected. What mechanisms do you use for this
notification? What information about the intended
recipients do you provide to them?

On anonymity services, for a more general public:

>>3) Please comment on any mechanisms that you are aware of to
>>allow anonymous domain registrations, or to limit the amount of
>>contact data made publicly available through Whois?

Please also comment on the conditions under which the
registrant's anonymity is lifted when these services are
	  used.

For registrars:

Do you provide any mechanisms for anonymous domain
registrations? If so, under what conditions, if any, is
the registrant's anonymity lifted, or the anonymous
	  registration canceled?

Do you provide any mechanisms to limit the amount of
contact data made publicly available through WHOIS? If
so, under what conditions is access -- if any -- to those
data granted which are collected, but not made publicly
	  available through WHOIS?

Wording improvements welcome.
