A bunch of us are in Amsterdam discussing the strategic plan, so there 
won't be a call today.  Fortunately, some key ICANN staff members are 
here as well, so we're hoping to be able to finalize a time for our 
discussions with the staff on the procedure to resolve conflicts with 
national laws.
