I was asked to inquire whether .post uses "tiered access" in connection 
with its WHOIS.
Following is the information from .post:

The .POST application did not refer to "tiered access" - we proposed a
simple WHOIS architecture policy.

Our policy position will respect the fact that all the registered owners
will be part of the Sponsor Community - e.g. Postal Administrations and
other postal companies that conform to the obligations and policies of
service as already defined in the UPU Conventions and Statutes.  It is
our sponsored community view that not many private individuals (if any)
will be granted .post domains.
