force

  forum.<br>
  <b><br>
  2. Discussion of 2 recommendations:</b><br>
  The policy development process requires impact statements from the
constituencies.
  <br>
  <b>Jordyn Buchanan</b> proposed calling for constituency impact statements on
  the two recommendations put forward by the task force as soon as ICANN staff
  was able to provide feedback on them. <br>

<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The aim was to produce Final
Reports
  in time for the ICANN meetings in Argentina.<br>
  <br>
  <b>3. Tiered access - planning ahead</b><br>
  <br>
  a. Briefing by a panel of 3 technical experts geared around addressing
specific
  questions which the task force would prepare and let them have in advance.
<br>
  Proposed structure:<br>
  </font><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">- an introduction, <br>
  - a description from the task force why it was looking at CRISP and how it
would
  apply<br>
  - the functionality of CRISP and how it could be implemented.<br>
  <br>
  b. Call for proposals from task force members or constituencies on various
models
  as to how tiered access could be handled.</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">One such model, <a
href="http://gnso.icann.org/mailing-lists/archives/dow1-2tf/msg00125.html";>Tiered

  Access - authentication model</a> has already been submitted by Thomas
Roessler<br>
  <br>
  c. How to approach the tiered access approach<br>
  - Identify milestones <br>
  - strategy to tackle the process<br>
  moving from an anonymous system to a system where the requestor could be
identified.<br>
  <b><br>
  Actions for next meeting</b><br>
