Absolutely.
Altho I’d love to see some data that correlates attendance at an
ICANN meeting with an uptick in new volunteer participation. We’ve
often heard the CEO or Chair announce (in London, and most recently
Hyderabad) that the current ICANN meeting is the “largest in its
history.” But I haven’t yet seen where overall attendance
translates in to a deeper pool of volunteers for policy work.
Thanks –

Hi,
And if holding meeting B in Africa and LAC encourages stakeholders
from those regions to engage with the GNSO’s PDP, then all the
better.
Thanks.
