"2. The Drafting Team shall comprise an equal number of volunteers from
and selected
 by each stakeholder group of the GNSOcommunity."

I am afraid that that wording would specifically exclude the NCA's from both
being on the Drafting Team and nominating anyone to the team. Is that
the intent?
