Following on from my earlier request to Council to identify topics for 
discussion in Helsinki, I will be informing Tanzie that the Council would like 
the following topics to be part of discussions in Helsinki.


•         PDP New gTLD Subsequent Procedures

•         PDP Review of All Rights Protection Mechanisms in all gTLDs

•         PDP on Next-Generation gTLD Registration Directory Service

•         GNSO Implementation Thick WHOIS Review Team

•         Draft Framework of Principles for Future Cross Community Working 
Groups

ICANN has established a wiki page which currently provides an outline or 
framework of a draft schedule.
