Council Colleagues -

In accordance with GNSO Operating Procedures, please accept this message as
formal notification that the Contracted Parties House (CPH) has selected Becky
Burr to succeed Bruce Tonkin for Seat 13 of the ICANN Board. This change will
become effective when Bruce's term ends, at the conclusion of the Annual
General Meeting in November 2016.

Additionally, the ICANN Bylaws require me to notify the ICANN Secretary (John
Jeffrey) of this change, which will be done via the attached letter.

Thank you,

James Bladel, GNSO Chair.
