Mikey O'Connor withdrew from ICANN, resigning all positions that he held 
including his position as a GNSO Councillor. The ISPCP Constituency have agreed 
a temporary replacement on Council up to and including the London meeting of 
ICANN in June. Across that period elections will be held with a view to the 
successful candidate taking that seat following the London meeting.

THE ISPCP have appointed Tony Holmes as temporary alternate until the end of 
the ICANN meeting in London in June.
