It provides an overview of the process used by The International Center of
Expertise of the International Chamber of Commerce (the ICC) regarding
Community & Limited Public Interest Objections.
They have included a scrutiny process to review the work of the panels. See
slide 15 and 17. Part of the aim is to reduce the risk of inconsistencies
between the Expert Determinations.
