The RySG has not yet completed our election process to replace Jeff Neuman. We 
expect to complete the process before the end of December, but not until after 
the upcoming GNSO Council meeting on 12 December 2013.

Specific subject(s)/measure(s)/motion(s)/action(s) of the Council for which the 
remedy is being exercised: *

Please extend the term of Chuck Gomes as Temorary Alternate for Jeff Neuman's 
vacated Council seat until 31 December 2013, or until such time prior to that 
date that the RySG elects a permanent replacement. Our elections are currently 
scheduled to close on 15 December 2013
