hi Volker and Osvaldo,

i'm just listening to the part of the Council meeting where the debate 
was whether there isn't sufficient interest in the uniformity of 
reporting issue.
if i had been on the call i'd have made the point that there's a 
difference between low turnout for a drafting team and low turnout for 
the actual working group.
i think part of the reason for the small drafting-team turnout may be 
because people figured it wasn't too complicated a charter to write, and 
so people conserved their time/bandwidth for other issues.
there are six people signed up for the drafting team (i'm one of them) 
and i think that would be a sufficient group to do a pretty good job of 
coming up with this (not too complicated) charter.
could one of you guys carry that forward at the next Council meeting, if 
the Council gets ready to kill this initiative?  i would hate to see the 
project thrown out just because there aren't many drafting-team 
volunteers -- that's a bad indicator of interest/importance in my view.
