Dear All,

 

On behalf of the WHOIS Survey Working Group non-PDP, please find attached
for your review and consideration its Final Report.  Also attached is a
proposed draft motion.  This motion is submitted in draft form to allow for
review and possible modification prior to formal submission and
consideration.  You will recall the initial results and proposed
recommendations within the draft Final Report were presented to the GNSO
Council during its Saturday session at the Durban meeting.

 

If any Council members wish to sponsor and second this motion, please
announce so on this list.
