It has been a pleasure to seat  on the  Council with you all. It helped me 
understand some issues at stake from a different  perspective and has been a 
great learning experience that will definitly benefit our constituency.

UTC) of the GNSO Council meeting on 1 August 2013 at 15:00 UTC.
