Dear All,

On behalf of the Locking of a Domain Name subject to UDRP Proceedings PDP
Working Group, please find attached for your review and consideration its
Final Report. Also attached is a proposed draft motion. This motion is
submitted in draft form to allow for review and possible modification prior
to formal submission and consideration.

The WG is scheduled to provide you with an overview of the Final Report in
Durban on Saturday 13 July from 10.30 ­ 11.00 local time.
