Dear Councillors,
The results of the doodle poll indicate that there is a preference for 18:00
UTC rather than 20:00 UTC for the following TWO meetings:
16 May and 10 October 2013, so the time for these has been changed accordingly.
The dates and time for the Council meetings as well as the deadline dates for
documents and motions in 2013 are noted below in text and published on page:
