suggest  a  way for the Councillors to get tickets.

Please note that GALA Tickets will be required to enter this evening (GALA by 
the Meridien pool).Your badge will NOT give you access.
IF you DO NOT have a ticket, and you are in the Conference centre, please go to 
the Promo stand NOW (between the entrance and the registration) to fetch a 
ticket.
If you do NOT have a ticket, we have a very LIMITED number of tickets.
