[council] RE: Motion on WS-WG
Hi Wolf-Ulrich and all, You have identified a mistake in the charter that I did not catch. On page 2 we actually state two different dates for completion of the report, March 2012 in the sentence Wolf notes, and October 2012 in the Overall Milestones. This is due to a bit of back and forth on what dates were achievable, but the correct date should be October 2012. Attached is a draft charter that corrects that mistake, but I would agree with Wolf-Ulrich that the phrase "...delivering a draft report describing survey results and recommendations for next steps to the GNSO Council" in the last sentence of the motion could be augmented to say ""...delivering a draft report describing survey results and recommendations for next steps to the GNSO Council BY OCTOBER 2012" and this would clarify the correct delivery estimate.
