As I am helping to set up the agenda for Dakar, I have asked that these 2 items 
be included in the agenda in our meeting with the GAC.  Please let me know if 
anyone has any issues with that.  This is the first time I am aware of where 
the GAC has provided "GAC Advice" directly to the GNSO as opposed to the ICANN 
Board.

        - GAC proposal re IOC and Red Cross protection at the second level
         
        I would be grateful if the attached material could be circulated to the 
GNSO Constituency Chairs, to be assured that all of the constituencies have the 
material before the September 22 GNSO call.
