leading to this "informal roundtable" triggers a comment, even now that plans

thread of a number of such threads (another being the Board asking for direct 
comment from a CWG) that are weaving a structure that circumvents ICANN's 
formal hard-fought and well-thought organization.&nbsp; What others can you 
name?<br></div><div><br></div><div>I will admit to being susceptible to a good 
conspiracy theory, but it seems to me that a lot of what has been fueling 
discussion on more than just the GNSO Council list is this
