It might be a good idea for us to hold off until everyone has a chance to
ensure their vote was counted correctly before officially declaring an
election. I am quite confident that the results are accurate, but I think it
would be good to allow until at least 9 am COT tomorrow to provide an
opportunity for everyone to check their votes. If no-one identifies any voting
problems by then, then I think it would be fine to make it official. Does that
make sense?

Council Election for Chair. All votes have now been received. Please check your
