RE: [council] FW: Rescinding request for temporary alternate

Let's try to deal with all of this as easily as possible.  No need to 
overcomplicate it.  We should do whatever we can to make sure that the NCSG is 
able to have its votes applied.  Could we do another alternate or a proxy?
