I agree with Deb, but disagree that Council leaders should be liasing with
anyone but GNSO Councilors, who were specifically elected by their
Constituencies (uniformly) for that purpose.  The roles of Chair in the
various Constituencies, for example, vary widely.

Should we have this session again at next ICANN meeting?
Does Council support the idea of the leaders talking to group chairs?

informal group calls.
