Wearing my RySG Councilor hat, here is a letter that the RySG sent to
the Board regarding concerns we have about the Board's action to form
its own Data Consumer Protection Working Group as well as its apparent
support for unilaterally changing Whois requirements in a top-down
manner.

Group of the ICANN GNSO regarding resolution 2.10 passed by the ICANN
Board on September 25, 2010 with respect to the Board's action items on

entire Board.
