Dear Councillors,

Attached please find the revised draft minutes of the GNSO Council meeting on 5 
August 2010.

Item 3: Whois Studies.
The vote for the motion made by mike Rodenbaugh and seconded by Terry Davis has 
been modified to indicate that Wendy Seltzer was dropped off the call at the 
time of the vote due to connectivity issues. 

7 Yes votes - Mike Rodenbaugh, Jaime Wagner, Debbie Hughes, Rafik Dammak, Mary 
Wong, Bill Drake, Olga Cavalli,
"Wendy Seltzer, due to connectivity issues, was dropped off the call at the 
time of the vote and did not vote."

Please let me know if you would like any other changes made.

If no comments are received, these minutes will be published as approved on  
August 21, 2010 on the website on page:
http://gnso.icann.org/calendar/#aug
