Thanks Glen.  Please notify him that he needs to provide the GNSO additional 
information.  It's hard to tell but it appears that he may be closer aligned to 
the ALAC that the GNSO.  I am curious what his involvement in the GNSO has been.

 

Councilors - Do any of you know Babagan and whether or not he has been involved 
in your SG and/or Constituency?
