RE: [council] Planning for Brussels
Regarding Bill's request for advanced planning of the NCP House meeting, that
is not something than Glen and Stephane have much influence over so I suggest
that the NCSG and CSG Councilors work with your respective SG leadership teams
and Constituency leadership teams as applicable to start that planning right
away if it has not already begun. It would be very helpful for planning
purposes if that planning was far enough along by the end of April to be able
to at least firm up the schedule.
