RE: [council] FW: Candidature - AOC
Please do not include this application in our current endorsement process
because it is for the Whois RT not the Accountability & Transparency RT. It
may be considered later in the year after we approve a long term endorsement
process and we implement that process for the Whois RT.
Glen - Please ask that the following message be sent to the candidate from me.
Thanks, Chuck
Dear Ms. Jensen,
Thank you very much for volunteering to serve on the ICANN Affirmation of
Commitments (AoC) Whois Review Team. At the present time the GNSO is only
reviewing applications for the 2010 Accountability and Transparency Review Team
(A&T RT). We will be using a one-time process for endorsing candidates for
the A&T RT, after which we will develop an endorsement process for the other
RTs. Information about that yet-to-be developed process will be made available
in a few months and we encourage you to resubmit your application then.
Respectfully,
Chuck Gomes
GNSO Council Chair
