RE: [council] Whois "misrepresentation study" meeting


Liz,

My personal opinion is that what you did was perfectly in line with what
we asked you to do.  The problem in my view is that the meeting was
listed on the Council Master Calendar.  As soon as it appears there, it
takes on a difference stature, one that I don't think applies.  All GNSO
Council, WG, WT, Task Force and Drafting Team meetings should be posted
on the Calendar but I don't think that every Staff scheduled meeting
needs to be there.

In this case, the meeting appears to be part of the information
gathering process that you were tasked with.  Once you finish gathering
the information, you will be reporting back to us so we will all have
adequate opportunity to provide input and ask questions.
