Dear Councillors,

Please find the proposed dates for the Council meetings up to the Sydney 
meeting on 20 to 26 June 2009.

26 March
16 April
7 May
28 May

They are not in conflict with the scheduled Board meetings. Passover and Easter 
fall in the weeks of 7, 8, 9 10 and weekend 11, 12 April respectively.

Please let me if you have any conflicts with these proposed dates.
