I would be okay if Olga served in an interim capacity at the ccNSO
meeting until we decide unless there is someone else who wants to be
considered for this role and then we should pick one of them to serve in
Cairo on an interim basis.

        Avri,
              I'm in favor of Olga serving in this capacity, too, but I
guess the Council should give some formal confirmation.  Were you hoping
that our liaison would participate in the Cairo ccNSO meetings?  Could
this be done informally by Olga before she is confirmed?
