I assume that it is accurate to conclude that Robin's travel would be funded 
automatically (i.e., without Council deliberation) and Norbert's would be 
considered by the Council in deciding how to allocate remaining travel funding 
seats.  Is that correct?

        This is an official request to let you know that NCUC would like to 
request travel and lodging support for two of its GNSO Councillors: 

        1)     Robin Gross 

        2)     Norbert Klein. 

        Our third Councillor, Carlos de Souza, has obtained his own funding. 

        We appreciate the help from ICANN greatly and look forward to seeing
