<div>Note that although Paul S., Ross, and Taryn are listed as RrC participants 
I do not recall them having been on the calls or voicing support one way or the 
other.&nbsp;Paul D. and I did reach out to the&nbsp;RrC as best we could for 
any concerns, but several&nbsp;RrC members were involved in the previous work 
that had been done on the subject and registrar views were very well known by 
Paul and myself and the other&nbsp;RrC members who participated on the drafting 
team.</div>
