As requested on today's Council call, attached please find a list of the names 
of individuals who submitted suggestions for further studies of WHOIS.  The 
study suggestion numbers correspond to the numbers assigned when each 
suggestion was posted (these can be found on the comment page: 
http://forum.icann.org/lists/whois-comments-2008/) and also correspond to the 
numbers referenced in staff's report of 25 February summarizing the comments.
