THIS IS INEXCUSABLE.  IF ICANN IS GOING TO HAVE MEETINGS THAT REQUIRE
THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN EXPENDITURES TO ATTEND, YOU SHOULD MAKE DARN
SURE THAT REMOTE PARTICIPATION IS POSSIBLE - LET ALONE
EFFECTIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
