Thanks Bruce. It is surprizing to me that GNSO Improvement is not on the
agenda.  What is the status?  In planning for our work in New Delhi, it
would be very helpful to have some idea about next steps and estimated
timing of those steps.  The GNSO meetings in New Delhi could provide a
good opportunity to work on GNSO improvement and it would be ashamed to
have to wait until June to do that.
