Hi,

We have a discussion of email lists in item 7.  I was assuming that  
we could discuss this under that item if that is ok with you.

As I understand it the questions involved in this topic include:

- Do we want to start some list(s) for discussion of GNSO issues
- Do we need separate lists for separate topics or is one list enough
  - if so do we need an IDN list
  - Any others?
- Are these open lists or restricted somehow?
- what sort of regime do we use to control/moderate/monitor the lists?
