Yes.  Avri and I as Chair and Vice Chair have been working with Liz and
Denise to make some final edits.  That is how the whole issue of the
report title came up.

                I understand but I do not believe we intended Staff to
create a Draft Final Report in the sense defined in the PDP in the
Bylaws.  In fact, I don't think we really considered that.  Still, I
personally believe that the report fulfills our request.

                                Yes, although I think the title "Draft
Final Report" is a misnomer because that has a totally different meaning
