[council[at]gnso.icann.org] Dear Council Members, Could you please let me know as soon as possible, off the list, whether you will be attending the meetings in San Juan, arrival and departure dates, and whether you would like to be part of the block reservation at the venue hotel, the Caribe Hilton. Attached is the proposed draft schedule to help you plan. Details will be filled in later, but it is proposed that the Chairs of the Reserved Names Working Group and the Protecting the Rights of Others Working Group would present their Final Reports to the Committee on Saturday 23 June.
