[council] Review of Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy
Hello All, The attached documents have been prepared by Karen Lentz at ICANN with respect to the review of the transfers policy. Note that little progress has been made on this as most of the people involved in the original transfers task force have been heavily involved in either or both of the new gTLDs work or WHOIS. I think it is worthwhile the Council considering the current status and next steps.
