 Glen, in light of the resignation of Lucy Nichols from the GNSO
council, and pursuant to the IPC Bylaws, I appoint Kristina Rosette to
serve for the remainder of Lucy's unexpired term, i.e. through the end
of the Sao Paulo meeting, as one of the GNSO Council representatives for
the IPC.  

Kristina's contact information is below.  She is a citizen of the North
American region.  

Please also be advised that, as the result of the just-concluded IPC
elections, Kristina Rosette and Kiyoshi Tsuru will serve as IPC
representatives to the GNSO Council for terms ending at the end of the
annual meeting in 2008.
