I join in the recommendation that the creation of a GNSO working group be
part of the discussion on the GNSO review, and ask whether we have
verification that Denise Michel is joining the Council call at that time?

The wider task of the GNSO review is actually a Board led task, but we
"could" decide to establish a GNSO working group to feed into that
process. The procedure of that working group including membership,
voting rules, etc could be approved by the Council.
Now that IS a good idea - shall we discuss it Thursday ?
