The 2006 Nominating Committee received 90 Statements of Interest, drawn 
from all five of the geographic regions. The nominees will assume their 
duties at the conclusion of the ICANN Annual Meeting for 2006 in Sao 
Paulo, Brazil on 8 December 2006.
