Dear Council Members,
There have been serious issues with equipment that has not arrived which
includes our web casting and meeting support gear so although we are
trying to get a telephone connection for the GNSO Council meeting there
is no guarantee at this point.
I will be able to tell you what the situation is just before the GNSO
Council meeting starts at 10:00am local time. We will do out best to
make a brief connection for the ratification of the vote.
We do apologise for these circumstances, but they are beyond our control.
